On the evening of November 9, news from Binh Thuan Provincial Police said that in Phan Thiet City, an 11th grade student was seriously injured after being slashed.

According to initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, LTT (16 years old, residing in Phu Tai Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan - 11th grade student) was standing at the intersection of Nguyen Hoi and Dang Van Lanh streets (in Xuan An Ward, Phan Thiet City) when he was blocked by 3 people and attacked with weapons, causing injuries.

Immediately afterwards, T. was taken to the emergency room with a fractured skull, severed leg and thigh tendons, and underwent emergency surgery. More than an hour after the incident, the victim’s family went to the police station to report the incident.

According to Thanh Nien 's source, Phan Thiet City Police have identified the suspect who caused the student's slashing and are searching for him to investigate and clarify the incident.
