Providing advice and job placement services for 250 farmer members.

On December 8-9, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Farmers' Association, in coordination with the Provincial Employment Service Center, organized a conference to provide advice and introduce jobs to farmer members in the communes of Minh Tan, Thuan Hoa, Tung Ba, Ngoc Duong, Phu Linh, Cao Bo, Thanh Thuy, Vi Xuyen, and the wards of Ha Giang 2 and Ha Giang 1.

250 farmer members received advice and information about the labor market and job opportunities.

The event was attended by leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Employment Service Center, representatives of the local Party Committee and Fatherland Front, along with 250 farmer members. Representatives from the Center provided information on recruitment needs, occupations with labor shortages, employment support policies, and guidance on job-seeking skills. Members also had the opportunity to directly discuss vocational training, domestic employment, and overseas contract work.

Farmers' association members from 10 communes and wards participated in the job counseling and placement conference.

The conference is a practical activity that provides farmers with access to official information and expands their opportunities to participate in the labor market. This contributes to improving the quality of rural human resources and promoting the socio -economic development of the locality.
