Ca Mau Youth supports the operation of the 2-level local government model

On July 8, Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union announced that it had just deployed a Youth Volunteer team to support the operation of the 2-level local government model in 55 communes and 9 wards in Ca Mau province.

The Youth Volunteer Team will undertake many practical tasks such as: supporting officials and civil servants in handling administrative procedures; guiding people to use online public services, register for electronic identification, make cashless payments; promote digital skills through the Digital Literacy Model, Community Digital Technology Team, etc.

Mr. Pham Tuan Tai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau Province, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union, said that with the 2-level local government model, many focal points are assigned by the province to the commune level for handling. With the spirit of initiative and the ability to quickly access technology, the youth force will be an important nucleus to support the government to operate smoothly, meeting the needs of people and businesses. Gradually improve the quality of public administrative services and people's satisfaction after the province's merger.
