PTSC Youth and the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" at the charity class in Vung Tau City

On September 14, 2024, the Youth Union of 03 units of PTSC Corporation including PTSC M&C, PTSC Marine and PTSC POS together implemented a program to visit and organize the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" for children in difficult circumstances at the charity class at 319/4 Tran Phu, Ward 2, Vung Tau City. This is a class for students in especially difficult circumstances who do not have the conditions to go to school. The charity class was organized and maintained with the love of teacher Nguyen Duc Thao with efforts to call for support from benefactors over the past 30 years. The class currently has nearly 30 children, all of whom are unfortunate, their parents are poor workers, some of whom still have to work hard to make a living. All of them have the same desire to go to school, become good people, and have knowledge.

At the program, the Youth Union presented gifts with the hope of supporting the improvement of the children's nutrition, including 32 cartons of fresh milk, 50 moon cakes, candies, instant noodles, sugar, salt, etc. The bright, innocent smiles of the little angels when holding the moon cakes and milk boxes in their hands made us choke up and emotional. Nguyen Quoc Hieu - a member of the PTSC Marine Youth Union shared: "As young youth union members who have just joined the PTSC family, we are very happy to participate in the program. We hope that the gifts will encourage and support the children to continue to nurture their dreams of studying, towards a brighter future."

At the same time, Nguyen Son Hai - Secretary of the Office Block Youth Union, PTSC M&C Company's Youth Union shared: "Looking at the excited faces of the children, my joy is also doubled. Happy with the joy of the children and happy because I have contributed to bringing smiles to them. As a Youth Union officer, I will continue to spend more time and enthusiasm to accompany the teacher, the children and the charity class as well as mobilize more donors to spread the humane meaning of this activity". Teacher Nguyen Duc Thao is very grateful for the affection that the Youth Union has given to the children and shared "This is a practical and meaningful activity to help encourage the spirit, create motivation for the children not to be afraid of difficulties, strive to study and practice to become good children, good students, good citizens of society".
