Youth are pioneers, innovators, creators, and developers.

With the spirit of "Pioneering - Unity - Innovation - Creativity - Development," the youth of the provincial Party agencies are united and determined to dedicate their youthful energy to working together with Party committees, agencies, and units to excellently fulfill their tasks, build a clean and strong Party organization within the provincial Party agencies; and contribute to the effective implementation of the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Leaders of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial Youth Union congratulated the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies.

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Party Agencies Bloc of Son La province has 6 affiliated Youth Union organizations with over 4,900 members, including: the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Bac University; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Procuracy; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Court; and the branches of: Son La Newspaper and Radio and Television; the Provincial Political School; and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Despite being newly established, with the attention and guidance of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Party committees and leaders of agencies and units, and the grassroots Youth Union branches, the organization quickly implemented plans to reorganize the structure, stabilize the apparatus, and successfully prepared and organized the grassroots Youth Union Congress. The provisional Executive Committee of the Bloc's Youth Union and the Youth Union organizations within the Bloc seriously carried out the dissemination and thorough understanding of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the resolutions of the Youth Union, creating a widespread political activity among cadres, members, and young people. The content and methods of propaganda and education were modern and flexible, focusing on Youth Union members and young people; increasing the application of digital technology, social media, and new media to enhance the effectiveness of reaching and guiding the thoughts of young people. Since its establishment, more than 2,000 media products, such as infographics and short videos using AI technology, from various levels of the Youth Union have been posted on digital platforms like Facebook, Zalo, and TikTok, attracting hundreds of thousands of views from Youth Union members and young people.

Revolutionary action movements, promoting the pioneering, voluntary, and creative role of youth in building and defending the Fatherland, have been implemented synchronously, extensively, and with a focus on key areas, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate, becoming a vibrant practical environment for training, contributing, and growing. Youth union branches at all levels organized 50 activities in response to "Volunteer Saturday" and "Green Sunday"; participated in Earth Hour and promoted models for preventing plastic waste to nearly 1,000 union members; and participated in the launching ceremony of the "Savings Week - Joining Hands for the Poor" in 2026, with youth union members opening savings accounts totaling over 70 million VND. Programs supporting youth include: supporting youth in their studies; supporting youth in starting and developing businesses; Supporting young people in developing practical social skills, improving physical health and mental well-being continues to be implemented by youth union branches through appropriate and effective activities.

During Youth Month 2026, the Youth Union at all levels organized more than 20 volunteer and social welfare activities, implemented over 10 youth projects and initiatives, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and students in difficult circumstances, and organized the "Breakfast of Love" program... with a total budget of nearly 300 million VND. In particular, they launched the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in Ban Tang, Chieng Sai commune, where they distributed 35 gifts to policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged households, and students in difficult circumstances, and donated the "Youth Tree Planting" project with 100 Bauhinia trees.

The 2025-2030 term anticipates that the global and domestic situations will have a significant impact on the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. The scientific and technological revolution, the knowledge economy , digital technology, artificial intelligence, and deep and comprehensive international integration are inevitable trends. In addition, the achievements of over 40 years of reform have enhanced Vietnam's national strength, potential, position, and international prestige; the economy has developed stably and sustainably; the material and spiritual lives of the people have improved; the political and social situation is stable; foreign relations have been strengthened; and the streamlined political system and apparatus are increasingly demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness.

Leveraging the strengths of youth, amidst a landscape of intertwined opportunities and challenges, the Youth Union continues to uphold its tradition of solidarity, building a strong organization; strengthening the cultivation of revolutionary ideals and ethics, political acumen, and inspiring the desire for contribution, pioneering spirit, and the courage to think, act, and innovate among its members. It aims to build a generation of young people who are truly dynamic in all aspects, closely integrating professional duties with the implementation of Youth Union activities. It also aims to promote the role of young people in advising, mastering science and technology, innovating, and participating in the digital transformation process in fulfilling the political tasks of their agencies and units.

Improving the quality of the Youth Union's cadre; building a model of young cadres in Party agencies with strong political convictions, exemplary work ethics, solid professional skills, dedication to their work, and contributing to the successful fulfillment of the political tasks of their agencies and units. Strongly innovating the content and methods of the Youth Union's activities towards flexibility, linked to the functions and tasks of each agency; promoting the role of exemplary conduct, professionalism, and effectiveness in Youth Union work and youth movements. Promoting the application of science and technology and digital transformation in all Youth Union activities; enhancing the digital capacity, technological skills, and adaptability of cadres and members in the digital age.

Facing new opportunities and challenges, the youth of the Party Committee are determined to train themselves, uphold the spirit of pioneering, volunteering, creativity, and proactive integration and development, contributing their youthful energy and intellect to building a clean and strong Party Committee within the provincial Party agencies, and contributing to the rapid, comprehensive, and sustainable development of Son La province.
