Commending outstanding children

On the morning of May 26th, at Ngoc Linh Hall, Kon Tum Ward, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council organized the Festival of Outstanding Team Leaders, Exemplary Children of Uncle Ho, and Exemplary Ethnic Minority Children in 2026 to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2026).

The festival included many meaningful activities such as the launch of the first term of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Council of Quang Ngai province, 2025-2030; the signing of a cooperation program between the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ngai province and the Department of Education and Training for the period 2025-2030; the awarding of the Kim Dong Prize; commendation of outstanding children, exemplary ethnic minority children, exemplary team leaders, and scholarships for disadvantaged children.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 60 scholarships, including 40 scholarships worth 1 million VND and 20 scholarships worth 500,000 VND, to outstanding children and children from disadvantaged backgrounds and with disabilities. This contributes to encouraging and motivating them to strive for success in their studies and lives.
