According to Mr. Pham Huy Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, in recent times, to enhance proactiveness in understanding the situation and listening to the opinions and aspirations of the people, the Fatherland Front at all levels in Bac Kan province has implemented many practical forms such as direct dialogue, voter contact, regular meetings via online platforms, and maintaining the construction of monthly and quarterly reports to Party and government agencies and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Therefore, understanding the people's situation and public opinion ensures timely proposals to resolve difficulties and obstacles faced by the people, bringing them to the attention of the Party committees and government for resolution, contributing to creating unity and consensus in society.
In particular, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have also disseminated the Project on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees and Front Work Committees in residential areas of Bac Kan province" to 100% of the Front Work Committees in residential areas, and distributed 8,400 copies of the newsletter on the work of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the province to 100% of residential areas. Thanks to this, the propaganda and mobilization work of Front officials has been implemented synchronously and effectively, promptly reflecting information to all strata of the people. Patriotic emulation movements and campaigns organized by the Fatherland Front at all levels in Bac Kan province have been effective, practical, and widespread, focusing on the grassroots level and attracting the active participation of the whole society. Leading the way are the Heads of the Front Work Committees at the grassroots level.
In Yen Phong commune (Cho Don district), everyone knows Mr. Truong Quoc Bui - Head of the Fatherland Front Committee and a respected figure in Na Tac village, who actively plays his role in participating in production development and poverty reduction in the locality. Along with developing his family's economy , Mr. Bui always cooperates with various organizations to disseminate experience, encourage villagers to apply science and technology to production, implement two rice crops per year, prevent land from being left fallow, focus on developing livestock and poultry farming, planting fruit trees, and developing the forest economy.
In Van Tung commune (Ngan Son district), Ms. Duong Thi Huyen, Head of the Front Committee of Ban Sung village, has become a shining example in promoting and mobilizing people to build their homeland. With simple and practical methods in mobilizing people to donate land for road construction and building a cultural center, all the roads in the village have now been concreted, and the village lanes and alleys are always clean.
According to Pham Huy Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, practical experience shows that the Fatherland Front Working Committees in residential areas throughout Bac Kan province play a crucial role in directly mobilizing, gathering, and disseminating information to raise awareness among all segments of the population, encouraging active participation in movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front. This contributes to improving the quality of propaganda work of the Bac Kan Provincial Fatherland Front, directing activities strongly towards the grassroots level, and creating consensus among the people.
