USD/VND exchange rate fluctuated slightly today

On the free market, the USD exchange rate this afternoon decreased by 20 VND for buying and 10 VND for selling, with the transaction level being 26,320-26,430 VND/USD.

At the State Bank, the central exchange rate on May 21 decreased by 6 VND to 24,962 VND/USD.

With a trading band of ±5% compared to the central rate, the ceiling rate applied is 26,210 VND/USD and the floor rate is 23,714 VND/USD.

The reference exchange rate at the State Bank of Vietnam is 23,770 VND/USD for buying and 26,166 VND/USD for selling.

At BIDV Bank, the USD exchange rate was traded at 25,780 - 26,140 VND (buy - sell), remaining stable compared to May 20. Similarly, the exchange rate also remained at 25,750 - 26,140 VND at Vietcombank.

Updated at 14:45, the USD buying price at VietinBank is 25,785 VND and the selling price is 26,145 VND, an increase of 142 VND for buying and a decrease of 8 VND for selling.

Increasing 10 VND in both buying and selling directions, at Agribank , the USD exchange rate this afternoon is 25,770 - 26,120 VND (buy - sell).
