According to the Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Province Police, in April, the traffic police force organized 6 driving license exams.

These are the first driving license tests conducted by the police force since taking over the state management function of driving license testing from the Department of Construction (formerly the Department of Transport).

Of the 1,480 candidates who registered for the April exams, 1,250 participated. As a result, 530 candidates passed, reaching 42.4%.

Previously, in driving license exams organized by the Department of Construction, the passing rate for car driving licenses was 40 - 45%, and for motorbike driving licenses the number was 65 - 70%.

Since the beginning of May, the traffic police force has continued to organize exams to issue driving licenses for motorbikes and cars to candidates.
