According to a report from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, by the end of 2024, the province's trained labor rate will be 70%, reaching 100.7% of the plan; of which, the rate of labor with degrees and certificates will account for 31%, reaching 101.6% of the plan.

To achieve the above results, the province has promoted communication work, raised awareness of innovation, developed vocational education and student streaming with diverse and suitable forms; implemented direct career counseling and guidance activities for students and parents in secondary and high schools; regularly reviewed, evaluated and upgraded facilities, equipment and capacity of teachers in the network of vocational training institutions.
