Provincial People's Committee issues Plan for land use rights auction in 2025

The land plots expected to be auctioned include: 0.48ha land plot at 09 Truong Son (Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city); HH3-1 and HH3-2 plots with an area of ​​23.7ha in My Gia urban area (Nha Trang city); 3.5ha land plot of Binh Tan port warehouse 01A Phuoc Long (Phuoc Long ward, Nha Trang city); Ho Na high-class resort area (Van Thanh commune, Van Ninh district), area of ​​150ha; high-tech shrimp farming area in Ninh Quang commune (Ninh Hoa town), area of ​​22.93ha; Ninh Van concentrated shrimp seed production and inspection area (Ninh Phuoc commune, Ninh Hoa town), area of ​​30.8ha; Vung Ngan complex (Hon Tre island, Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city), area of ​​58.74ha and Mui Co - Bai Ran complex (Hon Tre island), area of ​​124.69ha. The land plot auctioned for residential land allocation is plot number 96, map sheet number 53 (number 2-4 Bai Duong, Vinh Hai ward, Nha Trang city), area 0.3ha.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Khanh Hoa Land Fund Development Center to announce the plan and list of land lots for land use rights auction in 2025 on the National Land Use Rights Auction Information Portal, the Provincial and District Electronic Information Portals as prescribed. The Center is responsible for checking the auction conditions as prescribed in Article 125 of the 2024 Land Law, developing an auction plan for eligible land funds and submitting it to the competent authority for approval. At the same time, prepare documents to determine the starting price, prepare and submit for approval auction documents, and organize the auction of land use rights in accordance with the provisions of law.
