He requested the members of the Organizing Committee to continue to closely follow and implement the plan as planned, and to create more creative, innovative and exciting art performances. At the same time, he asked all members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, localities and some large enterprises to participate; pay attention to ensuring security and order, traffic safety, emergency services and environmental sanitation in the area where the program takes place. At the same time, he requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to urge and remind departments, branches and localities to strictly implement the hanging of the national flag; fire and explosion prevention and theft prevention before, during and after the Lunar New Year.
