On the afternoon of April 3, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission held a conference on the topic "Digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in propaganda and education work". Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were leaders of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; experts, scientists ; reporters and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The thematic information conference aims to raise awareness, equip basic knowledge and skills for the staff of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department on digital transformation and AI application, contributing to the innovation of propaganda and mass mobilization work to meet the new development requirements of the country in the new era. This is also a practical activity to concretize the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on "breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation".
At the conference, delegates listened to experts present two important topics: "Digital transformation in propaganda and mass mobilization work - Opportunities and challenges" and "Application of AI in propaganda and mass mobilization work - Solutions and prospects".
The reports deeply analyzed the impact of digital technology and AI on the field of propaganda and mass mobilization, and at the same time proposed specific solutions to help improve work efficiency in the coming time. Delegates also exchanged and discussed practical issues when implementing digital transformation and applying AI in propaganda and mass mobilization; shared practical experiences and proposed effective models and methods of technology application.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Huynh Thanh Dat, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, emphasized the importance of proactively grasping technological trends, and at the same time requested cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the agency to continue to research and update knowledge and skills on digital transformation and AI to apply in practical work; at the same time, proposed to strengthen cooperation between units and agencies in deploying technological solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization activities.
The conference marked an important first step in promoting the application of digital technology in propaganda, ideological orientation and mass mobilization. The results of the conference will contribute to improving professional capacity, creating a premise for the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to deploy digital transformation solutions in a systematic and effective manner, meeting the requirements of the new situation.
