Applying artificial intelligence (AI) to cooperatives

QTO - During the 3 days of September 26-28, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance organized a training course on "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in management, operation, and production and business management" for 53 leaders of cooperatives in the southern part of the province.

By participating in the training course, trainees will be equipped with basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and Chat GPT; instructions on applying Chat GPT in drafting documents, reports, plans, building communication content, consulting and responding to customers quickly; improving the capacity to apply technology in managing and developing cooperatives.

In addition to theory, students will directly practice core skills with AI. Specifically, they will know how to create an account, install and familiarize themselves with the ChatGPT and DeepSeek interfaces; master raw data entry and request AI to draft administrative documents and business production reports; apply AI in responding to customers faster and more professionally; apply AI in communication and building the cooperative's image; use ChatGPT/DeepSeek to write posts on Facebook, Zalo, and websites; build conversation scripts for internal or external communication...

The course aims to improve digital capacity for cooperative leaders, make them more confident in applying digital technology , reduce manual work, increase operational productivity, open new sales channels (TikTok, Facebook...) to help cooperatives expand their markets...
