(HGO) - On the morning of February 1, the delegation of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee led by Father Nguyen Thanh Khiet, Chairman of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee and Head of Cai Nhum Church, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Provincial Party Committee. Receiving the delegation were Mr. Tran Van Chinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and relevant agencies.

On behalf of priests, monks, nuns, and parishioners in the province, Father Nguyen Thanh Khiet, Chairman of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee, Head of Cai Nhum Church, sent New Year greetings to the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, he expressed his joy at the socio -economic successes that the province has achieved in the past year. Father Nguyen Thanh Khiet thanked the leaders at all levels for their attention and support to the people in the province in general, and Catholics in particular, so that their lives would become increasingly stable and developed.

Mr. Tran Van Chinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, highly appreciated the coordination of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee with the Fatherland Front system and socio -political organizations in the province. The innovations in the activities of building social security movements in recent times by the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee are contributing to tightening the solidarity between Catholics and non-Catholics, helping the province's social security work achieve many outstanding achievements.

In the coming time, we hope that the Catholic Solidarity Committee and parishioners will continue to actively participate in emulation movements, effectively implement the province's policies and guidelines, and contribute to the further development of Hau Giang .
