Catholic Solidarity Committee deploys tasks for the last 6 months of 2024

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province and members of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Khanh Hoa province for the 2022-2027 term.

It is known that in the first 6 months of 2024, the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Khanh Hoa province has proactively organized humanitarian, charitable, social security and social activities associated with the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, live a good life, and follow religion" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee.

Religious activities are solemn, in accordance with the tenets of the Religion and the regulations of the State. With the achievements, Catholics actively contribute to strengthening the great national unity bloc, successfully implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, and building an increasingly developed country.

The central tasks in the last 6 months of 2024 that the Khanh Hoa Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee needs to carry out are as follows:

- Propaganda and mobilization to promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the State and the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Strengthen the organization of visiting activities on the occasion of important Catholic holidays, meet, exchange, listen to the opinions and aspirations of Catholic dignitaries, officials and compatriots to promptly reflect and make recommendations to the Fatherland Front for timely resolution.

- Promote the emulation movement; "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, live a good life and follow good religion" launched by the Central Committee of the Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics.

- Compete to achieve achievements to welcome the 11th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, term 2024-2029.

With the spirit of "Living the gospel in the heart of the nation to serve the happiness of our compatriots", we unite and strive to compete to excellently complete the work of the last 6 months of 2024 and Resolution 09/NQ-TW of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa's economy to 2030 and vision to 20245.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Khanh Hoa province in the past time. At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Khanh Hoa province should continue to maintain its activities; proactively grasp and promptly reflect the aspirations and situations of Catholic compatriots to the local government and Fatherland Front.

Actively propagandize and mobilize parishioners in particular and people in general to always participate in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, live a good life, and follow good religion" to maintain models of environmental protection, security and order, contributing to building Khanh Hoa homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
