On February 10, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee announced that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had approved the request for early retirement of Mr. Cao Van Dinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee.

During his work, Mr. Cao Van Dinh was assessed as a capable leader, always closely directing and making many positive contributions to the province's propaganda work. Under his leadership, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has well performed its task of orienting information and propagating important policies of the Party and State, contributing to raising political awareness among cadres, party members and local people.

Mr. Cao Van Dinh's early retirement not only demonstrates the exemplary spirit of a leader in implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW in 2017 of the Party Central Committee, but also opens up opportunities for young cadres to promote their capacity and continue the important tasks of the propaganda sector.

According to the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, up to now, 13 officials holding key leadership positions at the provincial and district levels under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have expressed their wish to retire early.

Of these, 6 are provincial-level leaders (including 1 member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and 2 provincial Party Committee members), 4 are deputy provincial-level leaders and 3 are district-level Standing Committee members. These officials all have less than 10 years of remaining working time.
