V wrote: “How is everyone? I’m fine, I’m exercising well, wearing a cool black uniform, and doing great training. I’m on vacation so I came to celebrate Na PD’s birthday and talk about the army with my friends I haven’t seen in a long time.
I'm training well so my current weight is 75kg. All my teammates in the unit have good physique so I need to try harder, I will try."
It can be seen that after 4 months of military service, the male idol has gained more than 10kg and his body is increasingly muscular and toned.
Notably, in a photo taken from behind, V's back appears to have wounds, but V says they are "wounds of glory".
During a live broadcast late last year, V revealed that he intended to gain weight to 86kg to improve his physical strength during his military service.
Enlisting on December 11, 2023, V attracted attention when he applied to join the Special Forces of the Capital Army Defense Command.
After 1 month of training at the Nonsan Army Training Center in Chungnam, in January, RM and V were honored to be among the few recruits to receive the Elite Rookie Award.
In addition, during his military service, V continued to release new music products that had been prepared in advance.
Recently, V took home the award for Favorite Debut Album with the album "Layover" at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards in the US.
