Advertisements are posted continuously on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok... However, what worries the public is that currently, the Ministry of Home Affairs still has no policy allowing businesses to recruit and send workers to work in this country.

Vibrant advertising information
With continuous and loud postings on Facebook, TikTok..., many accounts are inviting workers to join the Israeli market with attractive salaries of 50-70 million VND/month, with easy conditions such as: No English required, experience required; quick procedures; short departure schedule within 1-3 months... Because of these advertisements, many workers have decided to embark on the dream of changing their lives.
Like Mr. Tran Van H., from Nghe An province, recently continuously visited Vietnamese community groups in Israel to ask about salary, accommodation and living conditions in this country, because he had just registered to work abroad through a brokerage company in Hanoi .
Le Van T., from Thanh Hoa province, followed the advertisement on the Facebook account “Hoang Nam labor export” and registered to work as a carpenter in Israel. However, according to Mr. T., because the conditions were too easy, plus the account owner always asked for a deposit but there was no receipt or meeting place, so he decided not to take the risk anymore. However, Mr. T. said he would continue to look for a more reliable company, because his need to export labor to Israel was very high. If any company did not require a deposit, he would join.
Similarly, many accounts on the social network TikTok also continuously post recruitment ads for workers to work in Israel with attractive salaries of 2,000-3,000 USD/month (equivalent to 50-70 million VND/month).
The account "Tai Berry" has posted an urgent recruitment for 150 male workers aged 20-47 to work in Israel, with a salary of 2,308 USD/month, with the condition of no criminal record, good health... The first entry date is announced as May 15 to May 30, 2025, the second date is when enough numbers are reached.
The account "Oanhkim" also posted a recruitment for construction workers in Israel as excavator, bulldozer, roller, concrete mixer operators, and construction supervisors, promising quick departure. The interview date is May 22, 2025, and the flight date is before June 30, 2025. In the comments section, when many people asked if they could work in this country at the age of 50, they received the confirmation that "they definitely meet the requirements".
In particular, the account "Recruiting labor export and studying abroad" publicly posted a brokerage fee of 300 million VND to send a worker to work in Israel with a salary of 55-65 million VND/month, free food and accommodation, and a waiting period for exit of only 3 months.
Labor export to Israel is not allowed yet.
Discussing the situation of massive recruitment of workers to work in Israel, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Labor Export Doan Mau Diep said that the demand for workers to work in Israel is quite high. Labor export enterprises are also interested in this market and have proposed to the association to be allowed to send workers to work there.
However, the association has warned businesses that sending workers to Israel is against current regulations. The Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad Under Contract prohibits exporting labor or sending workers to work in areas where there is war or a risk of war.
Therefore, Mr. Doan Mau Diep affirmed that the recruitment and export of laborers to Israel by units is currently against the regulations. Enterprises exporting laborers must strictly comply with regulations, must assess and verify safety and must be granted a labor supply contract for the enterprise before being allowed to recruit.
Regarding this issue, since the beginning of 2025, the Department of Overseas Labor Management (Ministry of the Interior) has repeatedly warned and advised in the media that units recruiting workers to work in Israel are not in accordance with regulations. In fact, the Ministry of the Interior has not yet had a policy to allow the selection and sending of workers to work in Israel in all fields and professions.
Deputy Director of the Department of Overseas Labor Management Pham Viet Huong affirmed that the Ministry of Home Affairs has not approved any business to select and send workers to work in Israel.
Mr. Pham Viet Huong recommends that workers need to carefully research information before registering to pay money at units and businesses; and should not believe in promises from units that do not have the function of exporting labor.
On May 21, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Israeli Minister of Labor Rabbi Yoav Ben Tzur during his visit to Vietnam. During the meeting, the Israeli side clearly stated its desire to recruit skilled workers in Vietnam. However, while the two countries have not yet made any official decision regarding this issue, many social media platforms have taken advantage of the information, posting ambiguous articles, causing misunderstandings that Vietnam has allowed businesses to recruit workers to work in Israel. The deliberate insertion of unofficial information has caused many workers to register to work in Israel without verification.
Faced with the current painful situation of labor export fraud, workers need to be alert, not letting people take advantage of them, set traps, and then "lose both money and health".
