[Video] AI Law – the legal foundation for innovation

In the context of artificial intelligence (AI) and data becoming two pillars of digital transformation, the promulgation of the AI ​​Law is considered an inevitable step to control risks, protect people's rights and affirm data as a national resource.

AI is gradually becoming the national intellectual infrastructure, with wide applications in healthcare, education, transportation, agriculture , finance, urban management, environment, and security and defense.

Experts emphasize that the AI ​​Law needs to focus on data standards, transparency, risk management, infrastructure development and promoting innovation.

Along with the AI ​​Law, a National AI Ethics Code will be issued, ensuring safe and humane development while maintaining digital sovereignty , affirming Vietnam's role in the global AI map.
