[Video] Launch of 12 new works by Professor, Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung and colleagues

On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Publishing, Printing and Book Distribution Industry, on the morning of October 3, at the National Library of Vietnam, the Vietnam Publishing Association in collaboration with the Publishing Directors Club organized a discussion, introducing newly published works by Professor, Doctor Dinh Xuan Dung and his colleagues.

At the ceremony, 12 new books were introduced to readers.

Notably, the work “Contemporary Vietnamese Culture - Opportunities and Challenges” compiled by Professor, Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung is a collection of research, interpretations and many years of experience, providing analysis on opportunities, prospects and directions for the development of Vietnamese culture in the new period, contributing to affirming the role of culture as the spiritual foundation and driving force for the country's sustainable development.

Along with that is the 6-volume book series “Ho Chi Minh’s Philosophy – the invaluable spiritual asset of our Party and people” co-edited by Professor, Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung with Professor, Dr. Nguyen Nhu Y and colleagues. The book series is carefully compiled, selected from Ho Chi Minh’s complete works, systematized into topics on the Party, State, great solidarity, culture – education – science, armed forces, foreign affairs and personnel work. This is a valuable source of materials, helping readers approach, study and apply Ho Chi Minh’s Thought in research as well as practice.

The program also introduced the 5-volume book series “ Ho Chi Minh Bookcase – Vietnamese Women Follow Uncle Ho’s Teachings” published by the Vietnam Women’s Publishing House. The book series includes many articles and speeches by President Ho Chi Minh on the role and position of women, affirming his consistent ideology on women’s liberation associated with national liberation and building socialism.
