[Video] Launching the National Center for Innovation and Data Exploitation

The National Data Center (Ministry of Public Security) has just officially launched the Center for Data Innovation and Exploitation and the Department of System Security and Safety. This is an important step to realize the goal of effectively exploiting data resources, serving socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security.

The Center for Innovation and Data Exploitation is oriented to become the core of innovation, applying big data and artificial intelligence (AI) in key areas. The Center has the function of researching and developing data-based business models; building a national data sharing platform; deploying core technologies such as blockchain, data analysis, digital identification and virtual assistants. At the same time, this is also a place to incubate technology initiatives, support the formation of innovation funds and propose the completion of policies related to data governance.

At the event, the Center introduced six key technology products, including: the national blockchain platform NDAChain, the national email system, the data integration and sharing platform, decentralized identification, the virtual assistant Rabbi and the data exchange. Also on this occasion, 26 cooperation agreements were signed between the Center and technology enterprises such as MobiFone, MISA , DataNest, etc., to accompany the development of Vietnam's digital data ecosystem.
