The whole city has 135 tourist accommodation establishments with a total of over 2,300 rooms, including 20 hotels and 115 motels. The construction and operation of the culinary street on Nguyen Du Street, Nong Trang Ward and Tien Dung Street, Tien Cat Ward are also highlights, creating momentum for the development of food and accommodation service businesses.

Thanks to effectively exploiting the potential and strengths of each locality, the city's trade and service sector always has a high growth rate. In the period of 2021-2023, the total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached 69,206 billion VND, an average of 23,069 billion VND/year, an average growth rate of 12.1%/year.
With the goal of striving for total retail sales of goods and service revenue to reach over VND 28,000 billion by 2025, an average increase of 10% per year, the city continues to strengthen state management, creating all conditions for units and individuals to develop production and business; develop quality, branded, professional and modern tourism on the basis of optimally exploiting the city's resources and advantages; develop trade and services to ensure synchronization, in accordance with the city's socio-economic development planning, in which developing a combination of traditional and modern trade forms, suitable for urban and rural areas; maintaining and improving the quality of hotels, motels, culinary streets and other accommodation services, effectively exploiting hotels in the area... contributing to building a civilized and modern city.
