This agreement aims to coordinate the implementation, support, and guidance of business households on legal policies and operations, and proficient use of electronic invoices, including electronic invoices with tax authority codes and electronic invoices generated from cash registers; provide guidance on accounting books of business households according to the declaration method and provide service packages related to this issue.

To achieve the above objectives, the two sides will accompany and coordinate to organize propaganda and dissemination of new tax policies to all business households at 11 tax bases; support consulting and guidance on registration, declaration and creation of electronic invoices; commit to providing preferential pricing policies for products such as: electronic invoice software solutions initiated from cash registers, sales management software for business households, digital signatures, sales equipment, etc.
At the same time, establish channels to receive information, provide technical support, and quickly resolve problems for business households in the province; support local taxes, organize forces to deploy fully in quantity and quality, to ensure the best completion of assigned tasks; establish operational teams and data synthesis teams to promptly report all relevant data.

According to Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Director of Viettel Dak Lak , many small and medium enterprises and business households in the province are facing difficulties in applying digital transformation and management solutions. This cooperation agreement is the foundation for the two sides to strengthen coordination in many fields, especially in applying information technology, sharing data, implementing digital solutions and ensuring safety and security of synchronous information. At the same time, effectively deploy solutions for businesses such as electronic invoices, digital signatures, management software, marketing software, and sales management.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Head of Tax Department of Dak Lak province, said that in the whole province, there are more than 62,400 business households, of which more than 44,000 business households pay taxes by the lump-sum and declaration method. The coordination with the software provider facilitates the promotion of digital transformation, the installation of electronic invoices to create cash registers for business households, meeting the requirement of being ready to switch to paying taxes by the declaration method from January 1, 2026. The tax sector will deploy synchronously throughout the sector to support businesses and business households to implement this policy.
