Viglacera successfully produces bone-grained sintered stone

Another good news came to Viglacera after a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Corporation's establishment. That was the official event of successful production of sintered stone products under the brand name Vasta Stone with a vein structure in the skeleton, at the Viglacera Eurotile Factory.

The 1.6 x 3.2m sintered stone is a new product of Viglacera, produced on the modern Continua+ production line of SACMI (Italy). Exactly 1 year after its launch, the factory continues to upgrade this product to a new level of quality with a vein structure that is inherently not easy to produce. Mr. Nguyen Duy Truc - Deputy Director of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company, and Director of Viglacera Eurotile Factory said: "With this product, Viglacera has taken a very big step forward in terms of level, production capacity, and ability to master technology. A clearer description of the outstanding advantages of Vasta Stone sintered stone with veins in the bone is as follows: Not only is it large in size, it has a surface that simulates natural stone with surreal beauty, because the entire stone grain effect is throughout the thickness of the product. Never before have the famous quartz stone veins of the magnificent beauty of the Carrara region (in the Alps) been simulated so absolutely. This is extremely suitable for application in architectural works that require very high aesthetics, or luxurious decorative products that require meticulousness to every detail. Sintered stone with veins in the bone is also a paving material solution in locations that require high abrasion friction and durability to overcome the harshness of the environment as well as resist direct physical impact on the surface.
