Female entrepreneurs from different provinces exchange and connect after administrative boundary merger

Women Entrepreneurs Associations in many provinces have organized exchange programs and conferences to contribute ideas to build a collective of Women Entrepreneurs Associations after the merger with new strength, spreading the values of the business community - especially female-owned businesses - in the era of national development.

In July 2025, many activities were organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Association in localities.

Building a strong organization of Phu Tho Province Women Entrepreneurs Association

Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Hoa Binh , Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc (old) recently held a Conference to contribute ideas to build a collective of Women Entrepreneurs Association after the merger with new strength, spreading the values of the business community - especially female-owned businesses - in the era of national development.

At the Conference, the Chairwoman of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of the three provinces of Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, and Vinh Phuc (old) shared the current status of the Association's activities in recent times. Most of the female entrepreneurs have complied with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; fully implemented the Association's Regulations and Charter; actively participated in social security work, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

The association is always united, close-knit, sharing, connecting trade, encouraging members; creating opportunities for women to have a meaningful and humane playground, helping female entrepreneurs always shine in all fields, contributing to meeting society's expectations for women in the new era.

Hoa Binh - Phu Tho - Vinh Phuc Businesswomen are the first Associations in the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs (VAWE) system to elect the provisional Executive Board of the Provincial Businesswomen Association after the merger.

The female entrepreneurs proposed solutions after the administrative boundary merger such as continuing to promote the results achieved in recent years, building the Association to increase in quantity - ensuring the quality of effective activities to contribute with the Party Committee and the government to build a rich and beautiful homeland; building the brand image of female entrepreneurs, solidarity, creativity, and reaching out.

The conference agreed to complete the provisional apparatus to put it into operation soon without any interruption. Ms. Dinh Thi Thuc, member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs (VAWE), President of the Phu Tho Province Businesswomen Association (old) is the provisional President; Ms. Vu Thi Hop, member of the VAWE Standing Committee; Ms. Mai Thi Hong Nguyen, member of the VAWE Executive Committee are the provisional Vice Presidents of the Phu Tho Province Businesswomen Association (new). The provisional leadership apparatus will begin to operate until the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs and the Department of Home Affairs agree to organize the Congress of the Phu Tho Province Businesswomen Association (new) for the new term.

Promoting trade, connecting business between Thanh Hoa - Hai Phong female entrepreneurs

In Hai Phong City, Thanh Hoa Provincial Business Association and Hai Phong City Business Association organized the Thanh Hoa - Hai Phong Trade Promotion and Connection Conference in 2025. Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of departments, units and over 150 businesses and entrepreneurs of the two localities.

Delegates, businesses and entrepreneurs from Thanh Hoa and Hai Phong also made a number of recommendations and proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of investment cooperation in developing the marine economy, logistics services, industrial park real estate, tourism, promoting trade connections and trade promotion in the coming time.

Many businesses in Hai Phong City are interested in a number of potential fields and wish to research and learn more to soon deploy survey activities, promote investment, and connect trade cooperation with Thanh Hoa province and vice versa.

In the series of activities of the Thanh Hoa Business Delegation in Hai Phong City, the Thanh Hoa Women Entrepreneurs Association coordinated with the Hai Phong Women Entrepreneurs Association to organize the Thanh Hoa - Hai Phong Investment, Trade, Tourism Promotion and Trade Connection Conference in 2025. Associations, Business Associations, and enterprises of Thanh Hoa Province and Hai Phong City signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation, coordination in supporting trade promotion, attracting investment, connecting, cooperating in developing and implementing projects in Thanh Hoa and Hai Phong.

Towards the War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27, the delegation of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Hoa Binh, Hung Yen and Thai Binh made a journey to the source, offering incense at three historical sites: Truong Son Martyrs Cemetery, Quang Tri Citadel and Dong Loc T-junction.
