On July 18, the Commune Youth Union coordinated with the Cat Tien 3 Commune Police to organize a campaign to support people in using online public services in Dong Nai Thuong village, Cat Tien 3 commune.

Dong Nai Thuong village was formerly a remote commune of Lam Dong province, located in the core area of ​​Cat Tien National Park. After the merger, Dong Nai Thuong village belonged to Cat Tien 3 commune, home to about 2,000 households; of which, 95% are local ethnic minorities.

Youth union members and police directly guided and supported the elderly in carrying out procedures to receive social pension benefits according to Decree No. 176/2025/ND-CP, dated June 30, 2025; guided on how to use the VNeID application, and activated level 2 electronic identification accounts.

The activity received positive responses from local people, especially the elderly, those who live far from the center, and have little access to technology. Thereby, contributing to raising public awareness of the benefits of digital transformation and the 2-level local government organization model in the locality.
