Vinicius begs his girlfriend to come back

The Brazilian striker posted a long letter on his personal page after his love affair was exposed.

"Everyone goes through moments that help them grow. Lately, I've realized that I've been acting in ways that don't reflect the person I want to be or the kind of relationship I want to have," Vinicius began his letter.

"Virginia is a wonderful woman, an exemplary mother for whom I have always had deep affection. Since we met, she has flown to Madrid three times, leaving behind her work and personal life just to be with me. Although we are not officially a couple, Virginia and I have always had a deep connection. I was inattentive and behaved inappropriately, which disappointed her," the Real Madrid star added.

"I want to apologize publicly, with all my heart. I understand that a relationship can only truly exist when both parties have respect, trust and honesty. I want to start everything over, without lies and without pretense," the striker born in 2000 concluded his letter to his girlfriend.
