Vinpearl started construction of Lang Van Tourism and Urban Resort Complex

Attending the event were Politburo member - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Party Central Committee member - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai; Party Central Committee member - Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City Nguyen Van Quang; Alternate Party Central Committee member - Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; and leaders of ministries, provinces, cities, and agencies in the region. On the investor side, there was Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong.

Party and State leaders, along with local leaders from Quang Nam and Da Nang, pressed the button to start construction of the Lang Van Tourism and Urban Resort Complex, invested by Vingroup .

With a total area of 512.2 hectares and a special ecosystem - the project has the largest scale and class in the central region; at the same time, it is the next step in the journey to create a coastal urban model, a place of harmonious development between people - nature and technology of Vingroup.

Lang Van tourist and resort complex is located in Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city, with a total area of 512.2 hectares invested by Vinpearl Joint Stock Company, a member of Vingroup Corporation.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang, and Chairman of Vingroup Pham Nhat Vuong attended the groundbreaking ceremony amid the joy of local people.

The special feature of Lang Van is its “mountain-facing-sea” location, right at the foot of Hai Van Pass, possessing pristine beauty, fine white sand, crystal clear sea water and majestic cliffs. This is the ideal condition to create a high-class resort space and a unique living experience in the mountains and rivers of Central Vietnam.

Besides the beautiful natural landscape, the project also has a strategic location, only about 20 minutes from the center of Da Nang city, easy access to Da Nang international airport and connecting famous landmarks on the Central heritage route such as Son Tra peninsula, Hoi An ancient town, Hue ancient capital...

To maximize the superior natural advantages, Lang Van Tourism and Urban Resort Complex is designed according to the international standard "resort city" model, with low density of accommodation. Specifically, the project is planned to be multi-functional, with full facilities from resort (hotel, resort, villa), accommodation (apartment), entertainment (theme park), cuisine, commerce to education, healthcare - creating a harmonious living space between people - nature and technology.
