Khanh Hoa tourism continues to grow strongly in September 2025

On September 24, the leader of Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that it is estimated that in September 2025, the whole province will welcome about 1.2 million overnight guests, an increase of nearly 16.9% over the same period last year. In particular, international visitors reached 506,000, an increase of 42.5% over the same period in 2024, domestic visitors reached 714,000, an increase of 3.65%. Total revenue from tourism activities in September is estimated at nearly VND 5,440 billion, an increase of more than 20.9%.

In the first 9 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa tourism industry welcomed more than 14.1 million overnight guests, up 16.5% over the same period, reaching 89.9% of the yearly plan. Of which, international visitors reached more than 4.3 million, up 18.7% and reaching 79.8% of the plan; domestic visitors reached more than 9.8 million, up 15.6% and reaching 95.2% of the plan. Total revenue from tourism activities is estimated at more than VND 56,540 billion, up 19.2% over the same period in 2024, reaching 85.1% of the 2025 plan.

In the third quarter of 2025, many large-scale events were organized in the province, attracting a large number of tourists, such as: VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang 2025 with more than 13,000 participants, Tiger Street Football event combined with music and art at April 2 Square (Nha Trang ward). Tourism businesses have exploited many new and unique tourism products, such as: Nha Trang Ancient Craft Village organized the live show "Legendary Light", Do Theater launched Chum show, KDI Holdings organized the music night La Tien Show - The Coi at Trong Dong Square (Libera Nha Trang Complex, Bac Nha Trang ward) with nearly 7,000 spectators attending....

Identifying tourism as a pillar of economic growth, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism... have organized many tourism cooperation activities such as: Working with the Presidium of the Korean Tourism Management Association; working with the delegation of Japan's Narita Airport to discuss plans for tourism development cooperation and opening direct flights to Khanh Hoa. Famtrip delegations of Japanese tourism enterprises have come to survey tourism products and services to expand cooperation between the two sides. In particular, the Provincial People's Committee has coordinated with Tuoi Tre Newspaper to successfully organize the workshop "To make Khanh Hoa a comprehensive green destination of the world" with the participation of more than 100 enterprises and press agencies. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with VinUni University to organize a training course on using the Green Tourism Standard Management System software for more than 100 4-5 star accommodation enterprises...
