On the evening of October 5, Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province, attended the program "Full Moon Festival Night", happily celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with the children of Con Minh commune. The working delegation gave gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances in Cong Minh commune.

On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Dang Binh and the delegation donated 50 million VND to Kunming Kindergarten to purchase equipment for children's learning and playing; and gave 15 gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances in the area, to encourage and motivate their spirit of learning and training.
