Mr. Tuan was born in 1968 and holds a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in corporate finance.

He previously held several important positions at Vissan before becoming a member of the company's Board of Directors from June 2020 to the present.

He previously served as the deputy director of planning and financial investment at SATRA and as the deputy general director of Vissan since 2018.

From December 20, 2024, Mr. Tuan will hold the position of General Director of Vissan for a 5-year term.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An, born in 1963, was elected as the general director of Vissan in 2017. Mr. An resigned from this position at the beginning of December 2024 upon reaching retirement age.

Vissan's shareholder structure has remained unchanged for many years.

Currently, Saigon Trading Corporation - Limited Liability Company (SATRA) holds 67.76% of the charter capital and Masan Meatlife Joint Stock Company owns 24.94%.

At Vissan's 2019 shareholders' meeting, SATRA representatives stated that the corporation had developed a restructuring plan for its entire investment portfolio, not just Vissan.

This project will be implemented after 2020 when the privatization of SATRA is completed. The plan for SATRA's privatization was revealed in late 2016.

In early August this year, Ho Chi Minh City announced that 10 enterprises, including SATRA, will be equitized by 2025. The state will hold at least 65% of the charter capital in these corporations.

In terms of business results, for the first nine months of the year, Vissan supplied more than 21,800 tons of food to the market (including nearly 10,000 tons of fresh food).

The company recorded a net profit of over 88 billion VND, a 1% increase compared to the same period last year. As of the end of the period, Vissan had more than 3,600 employees.

Vissan began its production and business operations in 1974, approximately four years after its establishment. The company's VSN shares are currently traded on UPCoM.

With a 2023 dividend of 6% (600 VND/share), SATRA received nearly 33 billion VND in dividends from Vissan while holding over 54.8 million VSN shares.
