According to the report, the Ward People's Committee worked with the Principal of Gia Thuy Kindergarten and related teachers; requested teachers to write reports, clarify the contents according to the reflection.
The two teachers involved in the incident are Ms. TTV (46 years old) and NTTH (35 years old), both in charge of class C2, university level, majoring in PreschoolEducation .

Currently, Bo De Ward Police have established a case file, coordinated with PC09 Department, People's Procuracy of Region 5 to conduct a crime scene investigation, verify and clarify the incident and organize to take TKL for injury assessment.
The People's Committee of Bo De Ward requested the board of directors of Gia Thuy Kindergarten to report the incident and issue a decision to temporarily suspend the work of two teachers, TTV and NTTH, to serve the verification and investigation of competent authorities. The ward also requested the school to hold a meeting of the entire pedagogical council to seriously learn from experience and thoroughly understand teachers' ethics.
Based on the results of the investigation and verification, the Ward People's Committee will consider and handle the responsibilities of related individuals according to regulations.
Previously, parent Ha Kieu Trinh reported that on the afternoon of July 5, after picking up her daughter (born 2021, class C2, Gia Thuy Kindergarten, Bo De ward) from school, she discovered a large bruise on her back. The family immediately took the child to the National Children's Hospital for a general health check-up and reported the incident to the school. The doctor concluded that half of the upper back had a patch of skin with scattered internal hemorrhages.
Immediately afterwards, representatives of the Gia Thuy Kindergarten Board of Directors and the classroom teacher came to the family's house to apologize. During the discussion, the teacher admitted to hitting the child 1-2 times because he "was naughty and refused to sleep".
Disagreeing with this apology, Ms. Trinh's family continued to have a meeting with the school's Board of Directors to review the classroom surveillance camera. Images extracted from the camera showed that the 4-year-old girl was dragged, brutally beaten, and even thrown against the wall by Ms. TTV. Not stopping there, the teacher continued to drag the girl into the hallway to beat her. Another girl lying next to her was also grabbed by the legs, pulled upside down, and thrown onto the bed by Ms. V.
Notably, at the time of the incident, another teacher named NTTH was present in the class, but did not take any action to stop it, making the family even more upset.
