The urban rules force made a record of violation against Ms. L. - the owner of a stall selling grilled meat skewers.

Accordingly, after receiving the feedback information, on the afternoon of July 14, An Hai ward authorities came to inspect the business household of Ms. NTNL (residing in Ngu Hanh Son ward).

At the time of the inspection, Ms. L. placed her cart on the sidewalk at 3 Duong Dinh Nghe, An Hai Ward. This is a street where street vendors and soliciting customers are prohibited.

The authorities have asked Ms. L. to move her cart off the sidewalk and not to do business in locations or on routes where street vending is prohibited.
