Navy Region 5 rewards outstanding collectives and individuals in 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW

According to the report presented at the Conference, over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW has always been closely and effectively led, directed, deployed, and widely disseminated by the Party Committee of Naval Region 5, Party committees, and commanders at all levels. Cadres, Party members, especially the team of cadres in charge at all levels, have always clearly demonstrated their roles, responsibilities, and exemplary pioneering spirit in performing their tasks.

Cadres and soldiers in the entire region have strong political will, absolutely trust in the Party's leadership, always uphold the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, actively strive, train, study, work, and are ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

From the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho, many typical, advanced and outstanding collectives and individuals have emerged, receiving many emulation titles at all levels; contributing to shining the quality of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the new era; building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong, exemplary and typical Region, truly a core force in managing, firmly protecting sovereignty and maintaining a peaceful and stable environment in the southwestern sea and islands of the Fatherland.

In the coming time, the Party Committee of Naval Region 5 will continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the superiors; actively respond to emulation movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors. Promote the role and responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members; create strong changes in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle through specific, practical and effective actions and deeds; contribute to building a strong, comprehensive, exemplary and typical unit, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the new situation.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Ngo Van Thanh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Naval Region 5, commended and acknowledged the achievements of agencies and units in the 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 and noted that Party committees and commanders at all levels need to continue to pay attention to leading and directing units to do a good job of propaganda, education, and raising awareness among soldiers about the position, significance, and great value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. During the implementation process, it is necessary to select key, practical contents to bring learning and following Uncle Ho increasingly into depth, practicality, and effectiveness.

Units strictly maintain the building and implementation of the commitment to strive, cultivate and train soldiers; consider the results of implementing Directive No. 05 as an important criterion in the emulation, reward and assessment of the quality of organizations and individuals every year. Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection and supervision work; proactively summarize and draw lessons; promptly detect, honor and replicate typical and advanced collectives and individuals, contributing to encouraging and motivating officers and soldiers to successfully complete assigned tasks.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Naval Region 5 awarded Certificates of Merit to 9 collectives and 12 individuals with good achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05.
