Along with that, due to the influence of strengthening cold air, the provinces of Ha Tinh - Quang Ngai are likely to experience moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, these are only initial trends. The forecasts and warnings related to hydro-meteorological disasters mentioned above still need to be monitored and updated with data to make more reliable forecasts.
If following this scenario, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting will plan to issue tropical depression bulletins near the East Sea on October 18, and storm bulletins near the East Sea on October 19. The Northeast Monsoon bulletin will be issued on October 17; the heavy rain warning bulletin in the Central region will be issued on October 18, and the heavy rain bulletin in the Central region will be issued on October 19.
