According to the forecast of Lao Cai Province's Hydrometeorological Station, tonight and tomorrow, localities in the province will be cloudy with scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms, some places will have moderate rain, heavy rain, sunny in the afternoon, and cold in high mountainous areas at night and early morning.

Widespread thunderstorms may be accompanied by hail, tornadoes, strong gusts of wind and lightning.
