On December 14, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a ceremony to award the certificate of recognition to Kim Cuong Ecological Garden (Vinh Trach Commune, Bac Lieu City) for meeting the standards for serving tourists - (photo). Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Thanh Phong - Permanent Vice President of the Mekong Delta Tourism Association, travel agencies and tourism service businesses from Ho Chi Minh City.

Kim Cuong Ecological Garden has an area of 5 hectares, owning diverse natural landscapes, especially a natural bird garden. To develop the eco-tourism model, the garden owner has implemented phase 1 items such as: building a fishing lake, a children's playground, a gallery of art and current affairs photos of the late photographer Vo An Khanh (the only author to win the Ho Chi Minh Prize for Literature and Art in the Mekong Delta); a culinary area serving rustic dishes, typical of the West and performing traditional music... After 8 months of operation, Kim Cuong Ecological Garden has attracted a large number of visitors from inside and outside the province to visit and have fun. In the coming time, the tourist destination will invest in phase 2 items to continue to complete, increasing the attractiveness and uniqueness of the product.

Up to now, in the province, there are 14 establishments providing food, shopping and entertainment services that have been recognized as meeting tourism service standards.
