Binh Chanh Commune organizes the 2024 Excellent Party Cell Secretary Contest

Participating in the contest, the Party cells of Ngu Xa, Tu Tra, My Tra, and Long Hoi villages established a team with 3 members, including: secretary, deputy secretary, and party members who were evaluated and classified as "Completing tasks well" in 2023 or later.

The teams took turns going through the greeting, knowledge and situation handling rounds on contents related to the Party Charter; regulations and instructions of the Central and provincial levels related to the functions and tasks of Party cells, Party branches, and Party cell secretaries; resolutions and action programs to implement resolutions of higher-level Party committees on Party building work from the beginning of the term until now; the actual situation of each locality associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII), Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Committee Conference 4 (term XIII); studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo and regulations on setting examples for cadres and Party members, etc.

The contest is an opportunity for village Party cell secretaries to exchange and learn experiences in organizing and building the Party, improving the Party's capacity and fighting strength right from the grassroots level, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of Party committee and cell activities, improving leadership capacity and skills in handling practical situations, in order to well perform assigned duties and tasks.

The results of the contest are the basis for the Party Committee of Binh Chanh commune to select candidates to continue training to participate in the contest for excellent village and neighborhood Party cell secretaries at the district level, scheduled to be held in August 2024.
