Cao An Commune (Cam Giang) decorates to welcome the grassroots Party Congress

The Cao An Commune Party Committee (Cam Giang) was selected by the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee to organize the model congress of the grassroots Party Committee. The Party Committee has completed the congress documents and received comments from the Provincial and District Working Groups.

The Party Committee also developed a personnel plan for the congress and reported to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for comments.
