Dai Xuyen Commune actively pays gifts to people on September 2nd

HNP - Sharing in the joy and pride of the entire nation on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the People's Committee of Dai Xuyen commune has urgently implemented Resolution No. 263/2025/NQ-CP dated August 29, 2025 of the Government and Decision No. 1867/QD-TTg dated August 29, 2025 of the Prime Minister on giving gifts to the people.

Along with the whole country, in Dai Xuyen commune, strictly implementing the direction of the Central and the City, the People's Committee of the commune quickly developed an implementation plan. With nearly 7.5 billion VND in expenses and a tight time frame, when the requirement was to deliver the gifts to the people before September 2, so that the gifts truly carried the full meaning of Independence Day.

On August 31 and September 1, all the village cultural houses and residential areas in Dai Xuyen commune became more bustling and crowded than usual. People eagerly went to receive gifts, from the old people with white hair to the children, everyone was filled with joy and excitement. In Giap Ba village, Ms. Tran Phuong Anh brought her young child along to receive gifts. She emotionally shared: "Receiving gifts from the State, I feel very happy. Although the amount of money is not large, it is the care and encouragement, so that each family can feel the common joy of Independence Day. I brought my child along to receive gifts so that he can remember that the Fatherland always loves and cares for all people, from babies to the elderly."

Also during the gift receiving ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lai in Thai Lai village tearfully said: "Over the past half century, I have experienced many historic autumns. This year, receiving gifts from the Party and State for all the people, I feel extremely moved. That is proof of the spirit of 'People are the root' that our Party always affirms."

The image of people patiently waiting for their turn, the bright smiles when holding that simple yet sacred gift in their hands, has become a beautiful memory of the nation's great holiday.

To achieve this success, it is impossible not to mention the role of 46 members of the Community Digital Transformation Team in villages, hamlets, and residential areas in the commune. They are the ones who have accompanied the commune's functional forces throughout the implementation process. Right from the preparation stage, the team members coordinated to review the list, enter population data into the management software, and attach identification codes to facilitate the payment process. During the gift-giving days, the team also directly used computers and smartphones to mark the list, quickly compare information, limit errors, ensure publicity, transparency, accuracy, and not miss any subjects.

The community digital transformation team is actively supporting people to enter data into management software.

If in the past, the image of the Community Digital Transformation Team was often associated with activities to support people in installing applications and accessing online public services, on this occasion, they have become an important "bridge" force in mass mobilization work and supporting social security. Many grassroots cadres have put aside their personal work, working from noon until late at night at the village cultural house to deliver gifts to each person in time.

People are happy when members of the Digital Transformation Team guide them through the procedures.

The workload was large and the beneficiaries were numerous, but thanks to the cooperation of the Community Digital Transformation Team, the payment was smooth, public, transparent, and on schedule. The presence of young cadres, Youth Union branch secretaries, Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and front work committee heads at the payment table contributed to speeding up the implementation progress.

The Government 's gift distribution activity on the occasion of National Day September 2 in Dai Xuyen commune is therefore not only a social security activity but also a testament to the effectiveness of the "smart mass mobilization" model. There, the Community Digital Transformation Team has promoted the role of "an extended arm" of the grassroots government, closely attached to the people, together creating a beautiful picture of village love, solidarity and sharing.
