Specifically, the commune has set up checkpoints at Suoi Dau bridge, Phu Khanh Thuong village gate, D1 road intersection with National Highway 27C, Dien Lac market, Minh Thien pagoda area, Road 39 section of Binh Khanh village, Phu Khanh Ha cultural village gate, Kinh bridge area, Choi Mong intersection of Truong Thanh village. The commune also directed functional forces to support the relocation of people's assets; evacuate people in areas at risk of flooding and unsafe houses to a safe place.

In response to the warning of heavy rain, rising floods and inundation that may continue in the coming days, the commune has notified all agencies, units, schools, medical stations, agricultural cooperatives, construction sites and local people to proactively raise assets and household items, move important items to safe areas to avoid damage caused by floods and rains; instruct people to proactively stock up on food, drinking water, essential items, and avoid being subjective and causing unnecessary accidents before, during and after storms and floods.
