Straining to evacuate people and rescue victims in historic floods in the Central Highlands
ĐNO - In recent days, consecutive historic floods in the Central and Central Highlands have caused heavy losses in human lives and property. Local authorities, along with military, police, militia and rescue forces, have overcome all difficulties to evacuate people to safety, carry out search and rescue operations and support in overcoming the consequences of the floods.
