On October 21, the Party Committee of Hoa An commune organized a conference to study, disseminate, propagate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Hoa An commune, term 2025 - 2030 and newly issued documents of the Central, the Province and the commune (phase 2, phase 3/2025).

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa An commune Luan Chien Cong requested Party cells, agencies, units, members of the Party Standing Committee and members of the Party Executive Committee of the commune to quickly disseminate the resolution to all cadres, party members and people in many diverse and rich forms, suitable for each target; develop a specific action program to implement the congress resolution in line with the conditions and practical characteristics of each unit and each residential area. Strengthen the grasp of public opinion, orient the ideology of cadres, party members and people, resolutely fight against erroneous and hostile views, and maintain the Party's ideological foundation. Strengthen supervision of the implementation of the Party's resolutions and policies; strictly handle signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and violations of Party discipline. Focus on innovating methods and improving the quality of Party cell activities, improving the quality of self-criticism and criticism, maintaining the principle of democratic centralism, building a clean and strong Party cell. Strengthen the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, to create trust and widespread influence among the masses. Promote the spirit of "each Party cell is a leadership nucleus, each Party member is a role model", contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions into people's lives.
