Since the merger and operation, the Public Service Center of Nam Ba Don commune has received and processed more than 500 records, with 100% of administrative procedures being processed and results returned within the prescribed time limit.

Specifically, the assessment results of publicity and transparency in the implementation of administrative procedures (TTHC) and provision of public services (DVC) reached 18 points; the rate of records processed on time and within the deadline reached 20 points, the rate of records submitted online reached 7.07 points; the rate of records paid online reached 5.43 points; the level of satisfaction of people and businesses in the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services reached 6 points; the level of digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures reached 16.8 points.

Nam Ba Don commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes of Quang Tan, Quang Trung, Quang Thuy, Quang Son and Quang Tien.
