Nam Ba Don Commune leads in index of serving people and businesses in the province.

According to the ranking results of the National Public Service Portal as of July 18, Nam Ba Don commune leads in the index of serving people and businesses among 78 communes, wards and special zones in Quang Tri province.

According to the evaluation scale, the Public Administration Service Center (PVHCC) of Nam Ba Don commune achieved 73.3/100 points, leading the index of serving people and businesses in the province.

Since the merger and operation, the Public Service Center of Nam Ba Don commune has received and processed more than 500 records, with 100% of administrative procedures being processed and results returned within the prescribed time limit.

Specifically, the assessment results of publicity and transparency in the implementation of administrative procedures (TTHC) and provision of public services (DVC) reached 18 points; the rate of records processed on time and within the deadline reached 20 points, the rate of records submitted online reached 7.07 points; the rate of records paid online reached 5.43 points; the level of satisfaction of people and businesses in the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services reached 6 points; the level of digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures reached 16.8 points.

Nam Ba Don commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes of Quang Tan, Quang Trung, Quang Thuy, Quang Son and Quang Tien. After its establishment, Nam Ba Don commune was one of the localities that still faced many difficulties in terms of equipment and facilities. However, the staff and civil servants of the commune's Public Service Center have constantly strived to improve the quality of service and support people to promptly resolve administrative procedures in the area.
