Que Long Commune hands over 3 solidarity houses to poor households

(QNO) - On June 18, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Que Long commune (Que Son district) organized the acceptance and handover of 3 solidarity houses to households in difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, 2 families received financial support to build new houses: Mrs. Truong Thi The and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Danh (both residing in Lanh An village); 1 family received support to repair their house: Mrs. Phan Thi Luan (Xuan Que village).

The funding to support the construction of a new house is 60 million VND from the allocation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Que Son district; the funding to support repairs is 25 million VND from the Fund for the Poor of Que Long commune.

These are poor families with dilapidated houses but cannot afford to rebuild or repair them.
