Son Dong Commune cleans and beautifies martyrs' cemetery

Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son Dong Commune, Nguyen Thi Thanh, said that this is a meaningful and practical activity to create a clean and beautiful landscape and environment in the area, contributing to educating members, union members and people to promote the tradition of patriotism, the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source"; "Repaying gratitude" to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Also in July 2025, Son Dong commune implemented practical activities, such as: "The whole people take care of war invalids, families of martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution"; encourage and support war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to overcome difficulties, rise up in life, and make positive contributions to society; take better care of policy beneficiaries; commend outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing policies for war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services.

The Son Dong Commune Fatherland Front also directed the organizations to organize extensive propaganda campaigns among members, youth union members and people in the commune about the meaning of War Invalids and Martyrs Day July 27 on the Son Dong Commune information page, Son Dong Commune Fatherland Front Committee fanpage, zalo, facebook, hanging banners, slogans, broadcasting propaganda on the loudspeaker system at the grassroots level; propagating the policies of the Party, State and city, the attention of the Party Committee, government and the Commune Fatherland Front for people with meritorious services to the revolution. Organizing visits and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, former youth volunteers and families with meritorious services to the revolution in difficult circumstances; examining, distributing medicine, taking care of health, giving gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area...
