Tuan Dao Commune organizes "Digital Market - Accompanying people in flood-affected areas"

A unique feature of the market is that shoppers are instructed by commune officials to use smartphones to pay online instead of cash.

At the same time, commune officials who are members of the community digital technology team directly instruct small traders and people on basic skills when operating on the online public service portal, installing public service applications (VNeID, VSSID insurance, etc.); accessing and monitoring information from official digital media channels of the central, provincial and local levels to promptly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; participating in online public opinion surveys on disaster response and prevention, etc.

Officials and people of Tuan Dao commune actively support people affected by natural disasters.

The special highlight of the "Digital Market" was the fundraising activity to support people who suffered heavy losses due to natural disasters. With the spirit of "mutual love and support", at the "Digital Market", the cadres and people of Tuan Dao commune actively responded to the call of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Each person donated a portion of their savings to support localities in the province that have been severely affected by floods. In the morning alone, the total amount of donations and support from officials, party members, people, organizations and businesses in the area reached more than 100 million VND.

It is known that Tuan Dao is a particularly difficult mountainous commune, where ethnic minorities such as Dao, Tay, Nung live... From July 2025 to now, the commune has been continuously affected by storms No. 8, 9 and 10. Despite many difficulties, the cadres, party members and people here are always united, affectionate, proactively standing up to mobilize and support with the desire to contribute to sharing, helping people in more severely damaged areas to reduce difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Comrade Chu Van Oanh, Vice Chairman of Tuan Dao Commune People's Committee, said: "The entire amount will be transferred by the commune to the account of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to support communes and wards that suffered heavy damage due to floods."
