Vinh Gia commune collected 166.7 billion VND in state revenue.

On March 24th, the People's Council of Vinh Gia commune, term I, 2021-2026, held its 9th (special) session to consider and approve the Resolution on the final settlement of state budget revenue in the commune. Mr. Nguyen Van Be Tam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Gia commune, presided over the meeting.

At the session, delegates reviewed and unanimously approved a resolution on the approval of the final accounts of state budget revenue in the locality; and the final accounts of local budget revenue and expenditure for 2025.

Accordingly, total state budget revenue in 2025 reached VND 166.7 billion, equivalent to 167.1% of the allocated budget. Of this, revenue from the economy reached VND 1.4 billion, supplementary revenue from higher-level budgets was VND 161 billion, revenue carried over from the previous year was over VND 2.98 billion, and budget surplus from the previous year was over VND 586 million.

Total local government budget expenditure in 2025 is over 149 billion VND, exceeding the projected amount by over 149.7%. This includes over 12 billion VND for development investment; over 123 billion VND for recurrent expenditure; nearly 13 billion VND carried over to the following year; and 1.1 billion VND repaid to higher-level budgets. The local government budget surplus is over 17 billion VND.

Regarding the increase in budget revenue in 2025, the total increase is over 1.1 billion VND. Of this, 70% (810 million VND) will be allocated to salary reform, and the remaining 30% (347 million VND) will be used for social welfare expenditures and other urgent tasks as prescribed.
