The delegation included Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Tat Thang and representatives of central and local departments and branches.
Nhut Tao Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes of Tan Tru District, Long An Province, including: Tan Binh, Que My Thanh, Lac Tan and part of Nhi Thanh Commune, Thu Thua District. The entire Party Committee of the commune has 33 affiliated Party organizations with 17 hamlets. After 3 weeks of operation, the new commune administrative headquarters has been reviewed and arranged scientifically, creating favorable conditions for nearly 600 individuals and organizations to come and handle administrative procedures.
Working with the Party Committee of Nhut Tao commune, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh highly appreciated the proactive operation of the new apparatus in the locality, especially the early completion of advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune.

After working with leaders of the People's Committee of Nhut Tao commune, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and the delegation visited the commune's Public Administration Center and talked with people and officials working there.
Ms. Ha Thi Thu Thuy, who is doing the land use authorization procedures at the Public Administration Center of Nhut Tao commune, happily said that the public administration center staff completed the procedures quickly, not making people wait long.

On the same afternoon, the working delegation inspected the operation of local government at two levels in My Yen commune.
My Yen Commune is a new administrative unit formed from the merger of 3 communes: Long Hiep, My Yen and Phuoc Loi. With an area of 29.23 km2 and a population of 49,248 people. My Yen Commune has 37 affiliated party organizations.
Reporting to the working delegation, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of My Yen commune, Le Thanh Ut, said that after 21 days of operating under the 2-level local government model, the My Yen commune government apparatus has operated stably, with clear division of work and assignment, ensuring smooth operation, in order to best serve the people and businesses.
In addition, the leader of My Yen commune also said that the commune is gradually equipping synchronous facilities and effectively applying information technology to digitize processes to serve people and businesses better. During the implementation process, the commune continues to review and evaluate bottlenecks in processes and procedures to make timely adjustments and successfully complete assigned political tasks.

During a direct inspection at the My Yen Commune Public Administration Service Center, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh praised the spirit and service attitude of the civil servants in supporting people in handling administrative procedures.
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh said that localities have done well and need to continue to do better in public administration services. Building a government that is close to the people and serves the people better and better.

At the working session with the two communes of Nhut Tao and My Yen, in addition to noting that the locality must build an administrative system close to the people and serving the people, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested that the localities urgently prepare well for the Commune Party Congress. In particular, it is necessary to focus on studying and reviewing the Resolution's targets, closely following the actual situation after the merger and new development orientations.
